JQT LLC, doing business as Clark McNair & Associates, provides tax preparation, tax planning, tax relief, business accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, part-time CFO, cash flow management, business advisory, financial planning, succession planning, new business formation, nonprofit accounting, internal controls, forensic accounting, and QuickBooks services. The specific services available to you depend on an executed engagement agreement.

By opting in with your separate, optional consent, you agree to participate in our text messaging program. Non-marketing messages may include consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule notifications, tax and accounting service follow-ups, document or information request notifications, account updates, and client support. With separate marketing consent, messages may include accounting and tax planning updates, educational content, newsletter updates, service announcements, tax deadline reminders, and occasional promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Consent is not required to purchase any services. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and their affiliates.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. We may modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
